Note: When putting content on groups.drupal.org, let's avoid creating another group. Paying for the Plumbing [3] can be home base. Monthly Conference Calls will be announced as events under this GDO group.

After good momentum, it seemed like the Snowball melted a couple years ago...however, this may not actually be true.
Question is, what are the steps we can take to get this rolling again? What would the minimum viable product look like for Snowball? Is there a minimum viable 'criteria' for projects that Snowball, and the NPO behind it, could support? Could we start with projects, including Snowball, that are already in progress?
If anything, the need for something like this has increased. Lets roll!
*Note: These are very loose guidelines which need to be clarified [(see issue)](/node/221)*

For those who missed it, here's the latest debate revolving around this brilliant new idea (haha) - http://groups.drupal.org/node/142779. To me it sounds like a perfect opportunity to move forward with such a project and get it up and running.
Looks like a lot of good ideas and discussions came out of Chicago (including this group!). Curious to hear more about what people who attended thought would be good 'next steps'.
