Reconciling the site spec and development site

Greetings from the Dojo project on the new DrupalKata.com! I've moved the site spec here so we can openly revise and collaborate. There are still some holes/inaccuracies in the spec. and we're going to have to reconcile with the work already accomplished on http://dev.drupaldojo.com/.

I should also note [the team](http://drupalkata.com/drupaldojo/node/196) is filling out nicely, yet it's imperative we ensure everyone is properly incentivized and we're efficient with the teams limited time. So let's be sure to cost this out and ensure we have an actual project manager driving this.

Ideally we can have a basic, yet functional site live by months end. We then can start working on a Drupal 7 version in which we'll match apprentices w/ mentors and capture/document each development phase in detail.

Still working on centralizing relevant issues and documentation in this new space, but just wanted to set this up and say hello!!
